Morit Music, the symphony of hope and gladness, is renowned for fostering social cohesion and propagating multiculturalism in Canada. Most significantly, Morit Music continues to represent the African culture and inspires Afro-Canadians to have a deeper sense of belonging in our cultural mosaic through the blend of diverse genres of music embedded in the rich and diverse cultures present in Canada. Morit Music has performed alongside other artists and storytellers at the Nutrien Gala, TCU Place, Rock Your Roots for National Indigenous Peoples' Day, Saskatoon Multiculturalism Day, Regional Psychiatric Centre, Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan, Saskatoon Intercultural Gathering, Truly Alive Youth and Family Foundation Afrocentric Symposium and Gala, various Black History Events, Saskatchewan Federal Penitentiary, Taste of Africa, Black History Month, Nigerian Canadian Association of Saskatoon, Yoruba Community Association Saskatoon, Personal Care Homes, Black Lives Matter YXE, Saskatchewan Truth and Reconciliation Events, and other live events. Furthermore, Morit Music has expanded its reach to the United States of America and has performed live in Detroit and Los Angeles. Morit Music continues to give back to the community by mentoring and showcasing upcoming talents through periodic recitals and concerts.
